Ok wow!! This one slaps babes!! If you are an ice cream lover you absolutely need to try this one. It’s soooo creamy and delicious PLUS it’s protein packed because of the cottage cheese which also makes it totally suitable for a midday snack. Yummmii!!

The dates aren’t blended fully into the ice cream which gives it the perfect caramel-like texture.

INGREDIENTS:
+ 1 container full fat cottage cheese
+ 1/4 cup honey
+ 6 dates
+ 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Add cottage cheese, honey and sea salt to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.

2.)Add dates and blend again - you want the dates to be broken up but not fully blended!

3.) Add ice cream to a bowl or loaf pan and freeze for 3-4 hours until ice cream is set. Serve and enjoy!!

Your snack is burning more calories than you’re consuming… kinda. 😏🔥

Celery has been called a negative calorie food because it’s so low in calories—about 6 calories per stalk—and your body actually burns energy digesting it. The process of chewing, digesting, and absorbing celery can use up around 7-10 calories, meaning you technically burn a little more than you take in. 🤯

But does that mean you should rely on celery for weight loss? Not exactly. While it’s a great hydrating, crunchy, low-calorie snack, weight loss is about fueling your body properly with enough protein, fiber, and healthy fats to stay satisfied and strong. I live to add a little peanut butter and if I’m feeling really adventurous, sometimes chocolate chips or raisins as well. It balances a snack out and makes it more filling!

So if you love celery, munch away!
