(easy) HOLIDAY BAKING!! 🍪🎄— flourless chocolate chip cookies

4 ingredient gluten-free, low carb and refined sugar-free. The perfect guilt-free holiday treat or whip up a quick batch to take to a gathering 🫶🏼

INGREDIENTS:
+ 2 ripe bananas, mashed 🍌
+ 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
+ 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (or almond butter) 🥜
+ 1/3 cup chocolate chips 🍫

INSTRUCTIONS:
1.) Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.) in a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the ground flaxseed and peanut butter to the bananas and mix until combined.
3.) Fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto your baking sheet, then flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
4.) Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Let them cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Store any leftovers (if you have them 😉) in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

🍈✨Natural Boob Job — 1 year post-op update✨🍈

When I decided to try the natural route for a breast aug, I went in knowing the results would be subtle. My doctor @body.by.craft set clear expectations, and I’m so glad he did because I got exactly what I was promised—a natural increase in volume, but super subtle.

For those of you who don’t know! A natural boob job is when they take your own fat and inject it into your boobs. It’s “natural” because there are no foreign objects being placed in your body.

The main difference was that I had more fullness and they were definitely larger the first 1-2 months post-op, and by the 3-month mark, I would say that’s when saw my final results. I wish they stayed how they were right after surgery!!

Overall, I went up about half a cup size, but honestly if I wouldn’t have shared by experience with all of you, I don’t think you would have ever known! The change is super subtle.

Do I regret it? Not one bit. It gave me the opportunity to explore a more natural option before deciding what I ultimately wanted, and I’m genuinely happy I tried it. If you’re looking for a small volume boost and want an alternative to implants, I’d absolutely recommend it. It’s a great option for the right person with the right goals who is a good candidate!

NGL.. I have decided to get small implants 😂 which are coming soon 😬. I’m still happy I tried the natural way first but excited to get the results I really did want from the beginning!
