Looking for a single exercise that seriously snatches and tones? 💥The Kneeling Thrust to Fly is the ultimate combo move to slim your legs, tone your arms, and work your glutes + thighs all at once! If I was trying to get lean in a minute, this would definitely be one of my go-to moves!

Plus, the core is engaged throughout the entire movement, using mini micro muscles to stabilize. This low-impact, high-reward move is perfect for adding some strength and sculpting into your routine—no jumping required. Grab a pair of light dumbbells and let’s get moving!

PRO TIPS:
+ hinge backwards and keep spine neutral
+ keep arms at shoulder height
+ gaze follows hinge

Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps for a full-body burn you’ll feel tomorrow. Bonus: This one’s low-impact but super effective and you just need a light set of weight!

Tbh nothings worse than going to the airport not prepared with any food. I posted last month when I was leaving London a little PSA reel that you CAN bring full meals with you to the airport and through security! I went to Whole Foods before my flight and hit up the hot bar 😋 & had it as my lunch on the plane.

Lots of you requested for travel snack inspo so here you go!! The Virgo in me is always prepared.

🫐 homemade protein muffins, pretzels/popcorn/healthy savoury snack, protein bar, beef stick, date with almond butter, water and electrolytes

It’s never offered but you can ask the flight attendant as well for hot water and lemon🍋
